| This issue, we strayed from our usual
four-course wine dinner in order to give you an appetizer sampling of Outer
Banks bounty from each season. Some of our favorite local ingredients star in
these recipes: the softshell crabs for which we wait all year, luscious summer
tomatoes, flavorful Carolina shrimp and salty oysters. You may discover that
you like some of these recipes well enough to serve them as entrees or
do as we did and serve them all at once! |
